Where did these coffees grow? We aim to quantify the merchant routes of ships and fill in missing details about the stories of shipwrecks.

Modern Coffee

Have some genes and properties been lost during cultivation and modern development? Are there genetic variations that affect taste? Are these beans resistant to coffee leaf rust? We strive to provide new insights for modern coffee cultivation.
